Brunnenhof City Center Hotel Munich

During my recent stay for a professional symposium, the hotel's cleanliness and friendly staff stood out to me. I appreciated the water station offering free still and sparkling water, as well as the small selection of drinks and sweets in the lobby. The location, just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by public transportation, was convenient for exploring the area. Although there were some minor inconveniences like late check-in and limited parking, the overall experience was positive, making it a good choice for future visits to Munich.

Convenient location near the train station and metro. Rooms are well-maintained, modern and comfortable. Breakfast selection is varied and delicious. Helpful staff that provided luggage storage.

The location was amazing, near Ny Club. It took us 10 minutes on foot to get to the downtown.

Loved the place, had a quite comfortable stay in great hotel. Every staff member was COURTEOUS and welcoming. Central location of this trendy boutique property was a bonus. I visited Schiller Brau close to the venue for a few drinks.

I recently stayed at Brunnenhof City Center for a romantic getaway. The location was amazing, just a short walk from the train station and the old city center. The room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for a couple. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and fulfilling all of our requests. The breakfast was worth the extra cost, with a wide variety of delicious food options. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to the city.

The breakfast was nice and the family room had plenty of space for my needs. the staff was very helpful and made me feel welcome during my stay.

the venue's location and staff were good. i thoroughly enjoyed having a work desk, tv with satellite channels and a seating area.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

The hotel is located near the city center which makes it perfect to explore the historic sites on foot. The room is modern and spacious, with a sparkling clean bathroom. The staff is very attentive and provided us with a map of the area and suggestions on what to see. Breakfast is included and it is quite nice, with plenty of seating available. It was great to have access to the microwave in the lobby.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, making it difficult to get work done.

The hotel was in an ideal location, walking distance to stores and a market. Again, it was 2 miles from an art gallery.

The surrounding neighborhood may not be the most pleasant, with some questionable characters and a not so pleasant smell on the streets.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was within a short walk to the Christmas markets we wanted to visit. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and we appreciated the unlimited water to fill our bottles.

One downside was the shower in our room. the curtain would stick to us and the floor would get soaked, making it a bit dangerous for our kids.

The hotel had a warm and festive atmosphere during Easter, which added to the overall experience. the family room was spacious and clean, with two comfortable double beds. the continental breakfast had a good variety of delicious bread, cold cuts, cheese, fruits, teas. It was a great start to the day.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a few areas that could be improved. One of the towels provided was slightly thin, but the staff quickly provided two more pillows when we requested them.
